This workshop takes a deeper dive into the LGBTQ+ community, by exploring transgender and gender expansive communities. We discuss the unique experiences and challenges faced by these parts of the LGBTQ+ community; develop a better understanding about the transition process; the importance of pronoun usages and their impact on transgender and gender expansive people; gain a better understanding about pronoun usage and their impacts; and share affirming resources and services.
